Big Wave Car Wash

Excellent car wash. Automatic top tier leaves your car looking spiffy. Touchless is crucial for most cars these days. I am trying to figure out how to get a membership. Was hard to figure out from the kiosk.

UPDATED REVIEW: After a reply from the wash....I won't be back. This wash puts a $25 dollar hold on all credit cards purchases in the self service bays. Where are the signs warming the customers there is mandatory $25 hold for 72 hours on all credit card swipes. I must have missed them. It's intentional. In addition to taking your money for services that were provided...in my case $11. This business has stolen $14 of my money for services not provided. I washed my car Wednesday and it's Saturday...still a $25 hold for $11 of services. Run from this business. They are punishing good honest customers for the actions of a few thief's Their business ethics are foul.

So it's a good car wash. Don't get me wrong but this morning I had an issue. I went to use the change machine to get change for the car wash. I put a $5 bill in the machine and it ate my money and did not give me my change. I immediately called the 24-hour phone number. Left a message for the owner I'm assuming and he hasn't attempted to call me back. I'm a little irritated about that. I was proactive and told him exactly which machine ate my money and he could see on camera that I grabbed no change from the machine and if he would have took the time to come look at the machine he would see the $5 bills stuck in there. Yeah it's just $5 but it's the principal. UPDATE.. OWNER got in touch and is resolving the issue.. still my favorite wash on the east side..

This touchless carwash is one of 2 within reasonable distance to me. I don't want to bring my brand new car to a touch wash. They can leave small scratches and swirls. In Colorado, it's important not to let bugs bake into your paint/clear coat and quickly spraying off that magnesium chloride they treat the roads with is key to a clean lower half. The first time I tried this touchless wash the maintenance man approached me and made nice small talk. If you are trying to avoid a true detailer by washing yourself, this place is just fine. Side note, I own my own hot water pressure washer and still enjoy paying for a quick spray off here.

Great place to self-wash your car! Very clean and an excellent location. Totally free 10 mins for your first wash when you download the app. I got half way done and ran out but Ryan the guy who runs it helped me out. BTW they are looking for some one to work to maintain the bays.
